London, February 15th 2024: TAG Media, the leading iGaming affiliate marketing agency and publisher, has been named the Affiliate Employer of the Year at the iGB Affiliate Awards 2024, winning the award for the second year in succession. TAG Media was also Highly Commended by the judges in the category for Best Digital Agency, narrowly missing out on running it back in both categories, having won them in 2023.
The Affiliate Employer of the Year award recognises the affiliate business that most successfully demonstrated the commitment to the development and well-being of its workforce, above and beyond its statutory duty.
The judges reviewed submissions from the shortlist, which included Better Collective, Betting Hero, Blexr, Gaming Innovation Group, QiH Group and TAG Media, working to pick the standout business that most capably demonstrated the following over the last 12 months:

- A commitment to making your business a great place to work for every employee
- A commitment to treating all employees in a fair and equitable manner
- The fostering of a modern and progressive workplace culture with the power to communicate the company’s values externally to attract and retain the best talent

In a category full of exceptional businesses, the judges voted for TAG Media to retain its crown, with one judge saying that “TAG Media is the best pound for pound fighter in a tough division. Its unique initiatives help it stand out amongst its peers in attracting talent, whilst giving back to its employees.”
