We are TAG Media Limited, a UK digital marketing agency registered in England since 2006 (company number 05978259). We have no connection to TAG Media Group and Holding Limited (company number 16168821).

We have never sold, advertised or handled Omaze entries, prize draw tickets or any subscription service, and we are not an Omaze affiliate. Because we rank highly in Google for the name "TAG Media", many people have understandably found us instead.

That means we have no visibility of your transaction and cannot cancel or refund it. What will actually help:

• Contact your bank or card provider, ask for a chargeback, and ask them to block the merchant. Quote the exact descriptor shown on your statement.
• Report it to Action Fraud: actionfraud.police.uk or 0300 123 2040
• Report the advert to the ASA: asa.org.uk/make-a-complaint
• Report the ad or page to Meta, and check with Omaze directly which sellers are legitimate
